The Radioimmunoassay Kits (RIA) provide highly sensitive method tests
with features like pre-diluted standards and the elimination of organic
solvents. The Enzyme Immunoassay Kits (EIA) also provide sensitive

IMMUNOLOGY
The Immulan(TM) T cell, B cell and T cell subpopulation kits
are affinity chromatography based for the separation and
selection of rat, mouse, human, cat, dog, or monkey B and T
cells and/or T cell subpopulations. Each T cell (CD4) kit is
sufficient for 30 CD4+ negative selections and each T cell
subpopulation kit is sufficient for 20 CD4+ negative, 10
CD4± negative and 10 CD8± positive selections. Greater
than 99% of macrophages and B cells are removed from lymphocyte
populations and B cells can be recovered using the B cell
accessory kit. Purity of T cells range (90 - 95%) and purity
of subpopulations range (89 - 98%).
